Deborah Russell, Former AARP Director of Workforce Issues, offers advice to jobseekers over 50.  Russell worked with businesses to create job opportunities for older workers.  She established the Best Employers for Workers over 50 program, which grants national recognition to companies that hire older workers and implement best policies for them.
