Phyllis Snyder


Phyllis Snyder, Vice President of CAEL, the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, describes the nonprofit’s participation in the Aging Worker Initiative, in cooperation with Atlantic Philanthropies, the Council for Competitiveness and the U.S. Department of Labor. The Aging Worker Initiative currently operates 10 sites where older workers can obtain employment counseling and training for jobs in growth industries.
